If you miss a delivery, the third party courier service will leave a note with instructions to reschedule, and tracking updates will reflect the attempt. Usually, they’ll try redelivery the next day, but we recommend contacting the courier directly to arrange a convenient time.
If delivery fails multiple times, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery fees may apply. Please contact customer support to arrange redelivery and discuss any fees.
