What happens if I miss my delivery?Updated a year ago


We understand that it's not always possible to be available at home to receive deliveries, and it's common to prefer not leaving them unattended. If you happen to miss a delivery, the third-party courier service will leave a note, typically in your letterbox, with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible. You will also see this information reflected in the online tracking updates, indicating an unsuccessful delivery attempt.


In most cases, the courier will attempt redelivery the following day. However, to ensure prompt resolution, we recommend contacting the courier company directly in the event of a missed delivery. They will assist you in arranging a suitable day for redelivery or provide alternative options to ensure you receive your package without further delay.


If the courier fails to complete delivery due to no-one being home on more than one occasion, it may be returned to the Vorsen warehouse. In such cases, there might be an additional delivery fee to have the goods redirected to you. If this is the case, please contact our customer support to arrange re-delivery and discuss any applicable fees.
