I have placed an order - what now? Commonly asked questions.

I ordered 2x stools but only received 1x carton?

Please open the boxes and double check as there may be 2 items per box. If you think you’re missing an item, please contact [email protected] and they will look into the matter.

What day/time can I expect my delivery?

We use third party courier services so we are unable to confirm exact days/times however once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with courier and tracking details. The couriers will deliver curb side or to a loading dock only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number and consignment details. Please note that the link may take up to 12 hours to update before tracking details are updated/available.

I am not ready for delivery - can you hold my order at your warehouse?

Yes, we are more than happy to hold your order in our warehouse until you are ready to receive delivery (subject to time-frames for bulk orders). Please leave notes on your order and we will update our system accordingly.

How long for delivery?

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time will depend based on your location. Please see the below as an estimated guideline for delivery time frames from dispatch:. *Please note: days stated above are business days.
