My order has arrived damaged/faulty, what do I do?Updated a year ago

Occasionally, product faults or damages may occur, most of which happen during transit while the items are en route to your location. In such cases, simply send an email to the sales team within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching photos of the damaged product as well as any packaging damage. Vorsen will promptly review your case and provide a resolution, which may involve either a repair or a replacement, depending on the extent of the damages.
