What if i change my mind?Updated a year ago

We don’t offer refunds based on a change of mind. Vorsen offers exchanges based on change of mind purchases within a seven (7) day period of receiving goods. This excludes custom/made-to-order orders, final sale items or trade customer orders. Exchanges must be completed immediately for in stock items of equal or greater value. Order changes and refunds are not permitted to back-ordered or pre-purchased items awaiting dispatch. 

The customer will cover the charges for an exchange: 

• Cost of return freight to Vorsen 
• Cost of sending out the new chosen products 
• Any balance for the difference

Prior to sending the items back to Vorsen, please initiate an exchange with the Sales Team (via [email protected]) and they will advise the next steps.
