Are most of your items in stock?
Yes, the Vorsen warehouse carries up to 15,000 pieces of stock. However, please refer to availability on the product page or email [email protected] for inventory related queries.
Is assembly required?
Assembly varies between items - contact our Sales Team at [email protected] or refer to the product page to confirm if an item requires assembly.
Do you open on weekends?
Our online store is open 24/7, however our office and warehouse pick up hours are between Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Can you provide additional dimensions?
Yes - we most definitely can get any measurements you require. Please email [email protected] describing your required measurements and they will gladly measure and confirm.
Do you send out material swatches?
We do not have fabric swatches available to send out. All photography is completed in house and true to colour. Please contact [email protected] for raw photos from the showroom.
What is the difference between kitchen and bar stools?

Can I organise my own courier?
Yes - you are more than welcome to organise your own courier to pick up your order from our Glendenning warehouse. Please ensure that all labels are sent to [email protected] prior to pick up as well as a collection date and time-frame provided for
What is PU Leather? Is it genuine leather?
PU leather is an artificial leather, designed to imitate genuine leather but manufactured at a lower cost and using synthetic materials. Whilst PU leather is not genuine leather, the PU leather we utilise is premium and durable.
Do you have a showroom?

How do I know if the item is in stock?

Yes - we deliver Australia wide. However, please note that we utilise third-party couriers for all orders outside of Sydney Metro. For delivery to the Northern Territory please contact [email protected] so our team can calculate delivery costs.
