What if my order is delivered but I change my mind and wish to return or exchange?Updated a year ago

Vorsen allows exchanges within a 7-day period after you receive your order. To initiate an exchange, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note that all applicable delivery costs for both the returned and new items must be paid in advance before the exchange process can begin.

For the exchange, you must select in-stock products of either the same price or a higher price than the original order. Any price difference resulting from the exchange must be paid prior to the delivery of the new items. Vorsen kindly ask you to ensure that the exchange meets these requirements in order to proceed smoothly.
